| Trapper is owned by Gary Kavan and Heidi Henningson .Trapper is the only Chesapeake Bay Retriever in the U.S. to earn a place on the 2004 National Derby List earning 10 points in 2003/2004 (as published in American Chesapeake Club Newsletter). He also earned his Qualified All-Age*** status at the 2004 ACC National Field Trial. Trapper's intense desire to retrieve, his tractability, bottom end and his great temperament are assets we strive to keep in the breed! Trapper is 75 lbs of desire and determination that loves to retrieve and work. We feel that breeding to Trapper will produce some of the finest Field Trial and Hunt Test prospects while still maintaining extraordinary looks and temperament.
